• Deliver an exceptional client experience by engaging proactively and reactively, conducting campaign outreach, and optimizing the processing of client requests.
• Work alongside a skilled advisory team to build and sustain robust long-term relationships with valued clients.
• Actively seek out financial planning opportunities, compile necessary documentation for analysis, and coordinate delivery calls with the advisory team.
• Create essential documentation summarizing client interactions and welcome calls for advisory meetings and introductions.
• Collaborate with advisory and specialist teams to identify opportunities for increasing share of wallet and liaise with the appropriate parties.
• Ensure quality assurance of service requests to guarantee timely and accurate execution.
• Act as a liaison among the client, advisory team, and trading to collect cost basis, submit for implementation analysis, and initiate portfolio implementation along with custom requests.
• Support client appreciation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services or customer experience.
• Background in client services roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented; able to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently; proactive self-starter with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
• Current FINRA Series 65 registration is required.
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approvals.
• Motivated self-starter with a proven history of service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative in nature.
• Aspiration to achieve, or already possess, preferred qualifications (e.g. CFP, CRPC).
• Proficient in or capable of quickly learning: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other systems.
• Always composed, professional, and adept at building trust and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse client needs and swiftly arrive at optimal solutions.
