Client Experience Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute non-licensed administrative functions for real estate agents. Monitor and manage contractual dates and deadlines to ensure transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Work closely with the agent services department, agents, and other third parties to guarantee that all necessary documentation is received for compliance within the transaction file in the appropriate systems.

• Organize all transaction details in relevant systems while continuously updating the agent, client, and third parties.

• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in deals, supporting agents and their clients throughout the closing process by obtaining necessary documentation or information for a clear-to-close status.

• Take full ownership of the complete transaction processing cycle by entering transaction-related expenses, verifying detail accuracy, preparing commission invoices, calculating and finalizing commission payments, and proactively addressing discrepancies to ensure timely and precise agent payouts.

• Consistently update and manage communication with all parties engaged in the transaction.

• Place a strong emphasis on serving the agent and all involved parties with a positive and engaging demeanor to foster a seamless experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination is required.
