This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Execute non-licensed administrative duties for real estate professionals. Monitor and manage contractual timelines and deadlines to ensure transactions are completed promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
β’ Work closely with the agent services department, agents, or other external parties to guarantee that all necessary documentation is collected for compliance within the transaction file in the appropriate systems.
β’ Arrange all transaction information in relevant systems while continuously updating the agent, client, and other stakeholders.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the transaction, including agents and their clients, through the closing process, which entails gathering required documentation or information for a clear-to-close status.
β’ Take ownership of the entire transaction process by entering transaction-related expenses, verifying the accuracy of details, preparing commission invoices, calculating and finalizing commission payments, and proactively addressing discrepancies to ensure timely and precise payouts for agents.
β’ Consistently update and manage communication with all participants in the transaction.
β’ Prioritize exceptional service for the agent and all parties with a positive and engaging demeanor to foster a seamless experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination is required.
β’ Self-driven - capable of working independently with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume paperless environment.
β’ People-first mindset - focuses on the agent and consumer throughout the transaction by anticipating their needs to deliver outstanding customer service.
β’ Technical proficiency - ability to learn and navigate various software systems with a high level of competency, demonstrating comfort with transaction management and financial tools.
β’ Analytical thinking and transaction accuracy β possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate management of financial details like expenses, invoices, and commission calculations while analyzing data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and maintain compliance and data integrity.
β’ Process management - capable of effectively managing end-to-end workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of transaction processing.
