Client Experience Manager – Pharmacy Benefits Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute and assist with plan modifications

• Facilitate ID card processing

• Generate both scheduled and on-demand reports

• Handle incoming phone inquiries

• Process assigned invoices

• Manage designated group terminations

• Fulfill documentation requests

• Act as a key presence throughout the implementation phase

• Lead and engage in meetings with external stakeholders

• Conduct overrides as necessary

• Supervise prior authorization and accessibility procedures

• Oversee the resolution of claim-related issues

• Execute manual eligibility additions and terminations

• Manage warranties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), and/or insurance environment

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States

• High school diploma or GED required

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred

• Basic understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills is preferred

• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
