Client Experience Consultant, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in enhancing their customer experience, making a notable impact on the brand's business success.

• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries through various channels (emails, chat, and phone) based on the project requirements.

• Address complaints and offer suitable solutions.

• Forward unresolved requests and issues to relevant internal departments, ensuring follow-up for resolution.

• Document inquiries, feedback, and complaints systematically.

• Improve customer satisfaction by providing feedback to Product teams.

• Make outbound calls to assist customers or ensure resolution when necessary.

• Manage daily internal back-office responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent to native proficiency in Dutch.

• Advanced to fluent proficiency in English.

• Interest in Client Experience Services, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Call Center operations.

• Excellent communication and listening abilities.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proven capacity to work autonomously.

• Positive attitude and strong business sense.

• Willingness to relocate and rapidly advance your career.

• Experience in telephone-based customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
