This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Promptly address customer inquiries through emails, chat, and telephone based on project requirements.
• Manage complaints and offer suitable solutions.
• Forward unresolved requests and issues to relevant internal departments and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Document inquiries, comments, and complaints for record-keeping.
• Improve customer experience by providing valuable feedback to the Product teams.
• Make outbound calls to assist customers or ensure issue resolution when necessary.
• Perform daily internal back-office tasks efficiently.
• Fluent to native level proficiency in Czech.
• Advanced to fluent level proficiency in English.
• Interest in Client Experience Services, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Call Center operations.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of working independently.
• A positive attitude and strong business acumen.
• Willingness to relocate and rapidly advance your career.
• Experience in telephone customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
