Client Experience & Cleaning Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Facilitate structured walkthroughs for both new and existing clients

• Record square footage, key areas, problem locations, and access instructions

• Capture photos/videos and submit the walkthrough report within 24 hours

• Ensure that all client expectations are thoroughly documented

• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns in Kentucky

• Follow up post-initial cleaning to confirm satisfaction

• Verify that cleaners are equipped with necessary supplies and functional equipment

• Validate that access instructions and job notes are precise
