This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivers sales consultation, design, support, and management of client activities related to collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services with a primary focus in the designated region.
• Establishes, nurtures, and expands business relationships with clients and potential clients in assigned sectors to optimize profitability and growth through effective sales and services.
• Evaluates client and competitor scenarios, identifies business challenges and interests, and formulates strategies to meet business objectives.
• Maintains precise sales forecasting abilities and an active reporting process in alignment with C1’s standards.
• Develops, implements, and executes a Business Plan that aligns with both short-term and long-term company goals and designated targets.
• Engages in C-level business discussions.
• Cultivates and sustains technical proficiency in all products offered, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services provided by C1.
• Builds relationships with both existing and prospective clients to foster business growth and achieve assigned targets.
• Accelerates the resolution of client escalations and complaints.
• Remains informed about industry developments, actively participates in organizations relevant to C1’s key markets, and continuously seeks to enhance sales techniques and knowledge.
• Promotes robust working relationships with support teams such as sales support, marketing, services, and purchasing/inventory to meet assigned targets.
• Stays updated on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying with management when needed, and is always ready to accurately discuss these policies with clients.
• Engages and oversees an end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Sells with a strong focus on solutions offered by C1 that align with assigned targets.
• Innovatively consults to provide technical solutions for clients.
• Introduces new solutions to clients by being a disruptor – expanding within existing accounts and encouraging clients to view solutions from a fresh perspective.
• Understands and identifies client needs, serving as a vertical expert (e.g., Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.).
• Recognizes key pain points within the client base and knows how to address and resolve them effectively.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in communications and data technology.
• A 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Capability to engage with and work directly alongside C-level executives in mid to large enterprises to secure business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates sales proficiency and technical aptitude.
• Proven history of territory development, including new business accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales forecasting tools.
• Brings existing contacts and client relationships to C1.
• Experience with solution selling, focusing heavily on Cloud solutions, associated MS and PS services, and other offerings from C1.
• Has been acknowledged by previous employers as a top producer (e.g., President’s Club, etc.).
