This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Delivering exceptional client service by surpassing client expectations for a diverse portfolio that includes clients of various sizes, scopes, and geographical locations through effective project management and proactive strategies.
• Collaborating in the development of strategies for clients related to Human Capital Risks, encompassing Human Capital strategy, Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications, while engaging relevant subject matter experts.
• Addressing day-to-day service issues related to clients and vendors.
• Overseeing the comprehensive client service experience.
• Establishing relationships with a range of client stakeholders, from executive leadership to support staff.
• Proactively managing client service plans and requirements, taking responsibility for ensuring the team adheres to project timelines.
• Maintaining open and transparent communication with the entire HCR team, discussing timelines, and setting clear expectations for deliverable deadlines.
• Assisting in the management of the employee benefits plan renewal or vendor sourcing processes.
• Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of transparent health benefit strategies, including alternative funding mechanisms such as level funding and self-funding, self-funding medical/Rx program mechanisms including stop-loss marketing, best-in-class PBM contract terms, and advanced cost containment measures like reference-based reimbursement and direct contracting.
• Ensuring effective project management of renewal/vendor sourcing activities.
• Collecting vendor information and/or client data for RFP/sourcing initiatives.
• Organizing data into the appropriate format for vendor submissions.
• Preparing RFPs and distributing them to vendors.
• Assisting in the analysis of quotes for accuracy.
• Developing client strategies in collaboration with the PE HCR team in alignment with PE strategies.
• Preparing client deliverables and aiding in the creation of the communication strategy.
• Coordinating the implementation of new plans and/or the continuation of benefit plans and contract modifications.
• Ensuring client compliance.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of the client service experience, including processes, deliverables, and definitions of success.
• Mentoring and developing members of the client service team.
• Supporting business development initiatives.
• Contributing to thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented approach.
• A self-motivated individual who is eager to work within a team environment and is committed to completing tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
