This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding Argano's manufacturing sector within the Microsoft Business Unit.
• Establish and nurture a robust pipeline through focused business development and management of executive relationships.
• Drive intricate sales efforts centered on achieving business transformation results.
• Present the comprehensive Microsoft suite, highlighting AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work solutions.
• Interact with manufacturing clients, providing insights into industry priorities, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.
• Partner with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft representatives to define account strategies and proposals.
• Facilitate discussions at the executive level, manage commercial negotiations, and guide the deal process to closure.
• Achieve or surpass designated revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional sales experience in selling intricate business and technology services.
• Demonstrated success in selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers in manufacturing organizations.
• Proven track record of surpassing targets in enterprise and consultative sales settings.
• Experience in selling Microsoft solutions, particularly in AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform services.
• Strong discipline in CRM, pipeline management, and account planning.
