• The Client Executive will be tasked with driving revenue growth and overseeing Credit Union client relationships in a designated account setting.
• Build strong partnerships with senior client management, providing insights through formal sales presentations and written proposals, while negotiating pricing contracts and agreements on an annual and individual basis.
• Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to balance priorities, engage the appropriate stakeholders, resolve issues, and recognize opportunities.
• Create forecasts, advance the sales pipeline, and guarantee the successful delivery of solutions.
• Explore innovative methods to enhance business growth and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets for complex solutions.
• Experience in managing a significant, named strategic account.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities related to marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with risk management challenges and growth pressures within the credit union or banking industry.
• Understanding of customer priorities and the strategies developed to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
