This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist the AVMA Program Executive and the AVMA Relationship Manager for AVMA Trust;

• Cultivate positive client relationships while managing a profitable client portfolio;

• Introduce and integrate new and enhanced products into clients’ offerings;

• Facilitate communication among AVMA Trust and service team members (administration, sales, customer service, marketing, database management, IT, etc.);

• Create reports and presentations for client meetings, stewardship sessions, and governing committee gatherings; ensure follow-up with meeting notes;

• Work in partnership with Pearl Marketing Group (PMG) and business leaders;

• Oversee service levels to guarantee they meet or surpass client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience in client management, sales, and/or administration; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels.

• Life and Health, Accident, Personal Lines, Property and Casualty insurance licenses.
