📋 Description

• Offers sales consultation, design, support, and management of client activities that include, but are not limited to, collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services, primarily focused in the designated region.

• Builds, maintains, and develops business relationships with clients and potential clients in the assigned sectors to maximize profitability and growth through effective sales and services.

• Analyzes client and competitor scenarios, assesses business issues and interests, and formulates strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Maintains precise sales forecasting capabilities and an active reporting procedure in line with C1’s standards.

• Designs, implements, and executes a Business Plan that aligns with both short-term and long-term company objectives and assigned targets.

• Engages in C-level business conversations.

• Develops and sustains technical expertise in all products offered, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services provided by C1.

• Cultivates relationships with both existing and prospective clients to facilitate business growth and achieve assigned targets.

• Expedites the resolution of client escalations and complaints.

• Remains well-informed about industry changes, participates where applicable in organizations directly related to C1’s core markets, and consistently seeks to enhance sales techniques and knowledge.

• Promotes strong working relationships with supporting teams, such as sales support, marketing, services, and purchasing/inventory, to meet assigned targets.

• Stays updated on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with a manager when questions arise, and is always ready to discuss these policies clearly with clients.

• Manages an end-to-end sales cycle while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

• Sells with a strong focus on solutions provided by C1 that align with assigned targets.

• Consults innovatively to provide clients with solutions demonstrating technical expertise.

• Introduces new solutions to clients by being a disruptor, expanding within existing accounts, and encouraging clients to view solutions from a fresh perspective.

• Understands and identifies client needs while being an expert in specific verticals (e.g., Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.).

• Recognizes key pain points within the client base and knows how to address them effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct selling experience in communications and data technology.

• A 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.

• Ability to engage with and work directly with C-level executives in mid to large enterprises to close business opportunities.

• Strong presentation, verbal, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrates sales capability and technical knowledge.

• Proven track record in territory development, including acquiring new business accounts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales forecasting tools.

• Brings established contacts and client relationships to C1.

• Experience in solution selling with a strong focus on Cloud solutions, associated MS and PS services, and other offerings by C1.

• Recognized by previous employers as a top producer (e.g., President’s Club, etc.).
