This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Drive the development of new business opportunities and generate pipelines through direct outreach.
β’ Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization.
β’ Promote Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
β’ Engage with and cultivate relationships with C-level executives (CHRO, CFO, CIO, COO) as well as senior leaders in HR, IT, and Finance.
β’ Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate client requirements, define the scope of implementation, and create business cases for Dayforce solutions.
β’ Create proposals, Statements of Work, pricing structures, and lead contract negotiations.
β’ Collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice leadership teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and profitable.
β’ Meet and surpass the annual sales quota.
β’ Proven experience in selling professional services, including implementation, consulting, or managed services.
β’ Background in selling HCM, Workforce Management, HRIS, or Payroll software solutions.
β’ Comprehensive sales experience covering the full cycle from prospecting to closing.
β’ Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients (ranging from 500 to 10,000 employees).
β’ Familiarity with selling to C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
β’ Strong new business development and hunting skills, with a successful track record of meeting quotas.
β’ Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
β’ Must reside in the US or Canada.
β’ Availability to work during US business hours.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
