Client Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive the development of new business opportunities and generate pipelines through direct outreach.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization.

• Promote Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Engage with and cultivate relationships with C-level executives (CHRO, CFO, CIO, COO) as well as senior leaders in HR, IT, and Finance.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate client requirements, define the scope of implementation, and create business cases for Dayforce solutions.

• Create proposals, Statements of Work, pricing structures, and lead contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice leadership teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and profitable.

• Meet and surpass the annual sales quota.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in selling professional services, including implementation, consulting, or managed services.

• Background in selling HCM, Workforce Management, HRIS, or Payroll software solutions.

• Comprehensive sales experience covering the full cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients (ranging from 500 to 10,000 employees).

• Familiarity with selling to C-level and senior executive stakeholders.

• Strong new business development and hunting skills, with a successful track record of meeting quotas.

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.

• Must reside in the US or Canada.

• Availability to work during US business hours.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
