This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
• Address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales personnel in the field.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business sector.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.
• Offer product knowledge and extensive clinical support.
• Keep up-to-date with CRM products, relevant technical insights, market trends, and industry competitors.
• Design, lead, and conduct training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide supplementary support to CRM Sales Representatives.
• Operate independently while collaborating with engineers, technical experts, vendors, and customers.
• Travel around 20% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 0–2 years of relevant experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols.
• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.
• Capability to utilize engineering skills to interpret and resolve complex clinical challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in meeting deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers.
• Competent in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Ability to create presentation materials using graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring software.
