This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with essential stakeholders, including C-level executives both internally and externally, integrating Celonis into their strategic goals.
• Ensure that engagements are adequately staffed by utilizing resources from global, cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
• Guide customers on organizational design and the evolution of Centers of Excellence to enhance the adoption of our platform.
• Mentor and support team members, offering guidance for their success and providing feedback to managers regarding team performance.
• Accountable for the entire customer value journey.
• Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product expertise, and industry/domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to outline the Celonis program roadmap and specific value plans.
• Address customer escalations by efficiently orchestrating internal teams in a timely manner.
• Internalize the customer's strategy and objectives, driving alignment of Celonis delivery to meet those goals, ensuring we assist the customer in addressing critical business challenges.
• Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard, while achieving client satisfaction and meeting usage and adoption metrics.
• Organize and facilitate customer advisory boards to tackle industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback mechanism to continuously gather insights and enhance products and services.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development and service offerings align with industry demands and customer feedback, while working in collaboration with the customer advocacy team on advocacy strategies.
• Promote customer presence and sponsorship at key Celonis and industry events, representing Celonis as a leader at conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership.
• Collaborate on innovation or the development of new assets in specific domains, contributing to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team to improve their effectiveness.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field within the Energy industry (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.) is required.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, process re-engineering projects, and implementations.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is highly advantageous.
• In-depth exposure to and experience with effective change management practices.
• Capable of navigating large global organizations and possessing the ability to persuade through data, facts, and confidence.
• Skilled in collaborating with internal resources to design, present, and secure opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leaders.
• Exhibits a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
• A strong team player who motivates the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
• Project management skills: adept at organizing and managing multiple streams of work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer’s business context.
• Self-motivated and a proactive team player.
