This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the planning and execution of software implementation projects, which includes defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgeting.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients during the implementation stage, gaining a deep understanding of their requirements, expectations, and business goals.
• Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and address any concerns.
• Oversee the technical components of software implementation, such as system configurations, data migrations, integrations, and customizations.
• Coordinate with development teams, technical consultants, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a seamless deployment.
• Manage testing activities to confirm software functionality, performance, and compatibility with existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the implementation process.
• Create and deliver training programs for client end-users to enhance effective software use and maximize user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after implementation, addressing user inquiries and optimizing system performance.
• Generate comprehensive project documentation, which includes project plans, status reports, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Prepare and present updates on project status, performance metrics, and lessons learned to stakeholders and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management or software implementation, preferably in a client-facing role within a software company.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), software deployment methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or Agile methodologies are a plus.
