Client Engagement Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary driver at MultiCare for Inneo Lab’s objective to foster, support, and maintain a culture of innovation while revolutionizing healthcare through collaboration.

• Build and sustain effective relationships with executives and key stakeholders at MultiCare.

• Evaluate and screen submissions from MultiCare to determine suitable scope and opportunities based on market and clinical demand.

• Spearhead initiatives to engage clinicians at MultiCare in structured “Painstorming” sessions aimed at identifying and understanding challenges, as well as brainstorming sessions to develop commercially viable product ideas.

• Work alongside clinicians to articulate and refine problem statements, comprehend unmet needs, and verify market assumptions.

• Perform early-stage market evaluations to assess the viability of opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members and integrate with other teams to ensure a transparent process.

• Consistently track and report on the innovation pipeline for MultiCare and the Lab.

• Manage additional projects as directed by the Director of Client Engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or innovation.

• Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, bio design programs, startup environments, MedTech commercialization, or technology transfer.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, MS, or a related field).

• Previous experience with MultiCare Health System.
