This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate positive client experiences by engaging in proactive communication, recognizing milestones, and implementing client appreciation programs.
• Record all interactions with clients, establish necessary follow-up tasks, and track progress to ensure timely execution.
• Address client concerns, resolve routine issues, and escalate sensitive or intricate matters while upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to sustain engagement, enhance relationships, and ensure clients feel informed and supported.
• Greet new clients, facilitate their onboarding process, assist with access to the client portal, and introduce them to their designated Case Manager.
• Solicit client reviews, promote referrals, and monitor client feedback to bolster satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Relay case-related updates, treatment alterations, and significant developments to the Case Management team.
• Gather updated medical treatment, provider, and contact information while ensuring accurate client records in Clio.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, offering timely updates, guidance, and support throughout the disability claims process.
