📋 Description

• The Client Director role centers on cultivating and expanding high-value relationships within our key Enterprise accounts.

• Accountable for establishing and sustaining a robust services pipeline that aligns with our company's objectives and go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate closely with essential stakeholders to strengthen relationships, identify new partnership opportunities, and enhance engagement across the full range of our Aimpoint offerings.

• Achieving success in this position demands strong project management abilities, the capacity to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and the skill to work in close coordination with both external client teams and internal technical resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven enterprise sales experience in software or consulting is essential.

• Preferred experience in hands-on consulting delivery and project management.

• A strong background in nurturing relationships with stakeholders across a consistent client portfolio is required.

• Track record of high achievement with a history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.

• Ability to establish and develop executive relationships with clients; a relationship-oriented approach and a commitment to exceeding client expectations are critical.

• Proficiency in navigating effectively through ambiguity with initiative, strategic thinking, and resilience.

• A team-first mindset is essential.

• General competency and familiarity with data, analytics, and AI are required.
