This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Cultivate and manage strategic, senior-level relationships with clients to enhance retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Create and implement structured account plans based on client insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, which includes pipeline development, discovery, solution design, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and present tailored client presentations, business cases, and value-realization analyses that demonstrate quantifiable benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Finance, Pricing) to ensure flawless execution and governance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and strategic business reviews, offering data-driven recommendations and actionable plans.
• Identify, prioritize, and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals and measurable outcomes.
• Proactively address risks, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement throughout client engagements.
• Established track record in consultative sales and/or strategic account management within complex B2B settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior and executive-level audiences effectively.
• Capability to convert client needs into commercially viable solutions, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including the ability to build business cases and assess financial impacts using quantitative metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and contemporary CRM/sales reporting tools.
