This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Assist in advancing client projects through onboarding, configuration, feature launches, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with account managers, product teams, engineering, support staff, and clients.
• Drive progress and ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
• Manage daily execution for client workstreams, including onboarding, configuration, updates, and operational requests.
• Translate ambiguous client requirements into actionable items, priorities, and next steps.
• Analyze client issues by collecting context and identifying obstacles.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to enhance investigation and delivery processes.
• Keep track of status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Enhance delivery playbooks and operational practices as trends become apparent.
• Strong sense of ownership
