This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the successful execution of intricate debit and/or credit projects for financial institutions through technical tasks and quality assessments.
• Facilitate client consultations to gather business and technical requirements, integrating these into project plans.
• Offer technical guidance and manage all stages of operational implementation.
• Engage with clients to review specifications and explore project options in collaboration with clients and vendors.
• Conduct gap analyses to establish system setup requirements.
• Advise clients on strategies to fulfill business needs.
• Serve as a communication link between client and vendor technical teams, mapping technical files across systems.
• Implement project plans with client personnel and vendors, ensuring that technical tasks are performed accurately and punctually.
• Identify and report unresolved issues while assisting in their resolution.
• Communicate implementation requirements to third-party vendors and internal project support teams.
• Validate system parameters, carry out testing, and adjust program parameters as needed.
• Provide technical assistance during design, development, and implementation phases.
• Offer extended-hour support post-implementation and be available for after-hours on-call assistance.
• Adhere to change control and change management protocols.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and project team members.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements.
• Mentor and train junior analysts.
• Assist in creating product/service requirement templates and procedural guidelines.
• Complete tasks related to departmental projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
• Experience with Credit Bureau reporting or DCBR products is highly desirable.
• Preferred training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in the payment processing industry is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes is necessary.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in business or system analysis is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in client-facing project support is required.
• Experience in completing card processing conversions that necessitate data migration from one processing platform to another is essential.
