This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Oversee comprehensive data transfer initiatives, encompassing data evaluation, mapping, SQL development, beta transfer, validation, and final rollout.
• Handle a substantial volume of simultaneous client implementation projects.
• Create and manage SQL scripts utilizing joins, updates, and data manipulation techniques.
• Acquire client data via extraction guidance or direct retrieval when access is permitted.
• Lead or assist in client mapping sessions and document field-alignment decisions.
• Uphold data submission standards and project scope requirements.
• Engage with clients regarding the scheduling and completion of mapping, beta review, and final submission milestones.
• Recognize and escalate issues related to data quality, client responsiveness, and project scope risks.
• Validate data through record counts, field validation, and system testing.
• Record mapping decisions, transformation logic, project updates, client interactions, issues, and resolutions in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Coordinators, Sales, and internal teams.
• Perform billable professional services tasks such as database cleanup, code standardization, deduplication, and one-off data requests.
• Address Sales and onboarding inquiries regarding data transfer procedures and technical capabilities.
• Identify escalated client issues and facilitate resolution.
• Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in data mapping, evaluation, and script generation while reviewing and refining outputs.
• Must reside in PA, NJ, NH, DE, CO, SD, TX, WY, AK, or FL to qualify as a W-2 employee.
• Proficient in SQL Server, including queries, joins, updates, and basic data transformation techniques.
• Strong grasp of database usage and relational database principles.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Keen attention to detail in data validation, documentation, and quality control.
• Aptitude for identifying issues and escalating as necessary.
• Consistently adhere to defined processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, Slack, and other internal systems.
• Capability to maintain precise project documentation.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for data mapping and script generation while ensuring output validation.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in SQL, data transformation, or database-related roles.
• Preferred experience in working with relational databases.
• Experience in managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously is preferred.
• Previous experience in client-facing or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with nonprofit data structures and systems is advantageous.
