Client Configuration Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client configuration and deployment of Emiri.

• Comprehend and assist with Emiri’s configuration dependencies, including prompt templates and setup prerequisites.

• Create UI mockups or flow diagrams and convert feedback into actionable stories or bug reports for the development team.

• Document and uphold guidelines related to configuration processes, tips, and "how-to" documentation for internal reference.

• Collaborate with client success and client teams to enhance their understanding of configuration needs and guide them in effective prompting.

• Conduct root cause analysis of issues to identify opportunities for improving the scalability and user-friendliness of the configuration tool.

• Mentor commercial teams on the configuration and functionality of Liquid AI; assist in key client meetings and demonstrations.

• Test new enhancements or fixes prior to release to guarantee quality and expected performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

• Knowledge of Circana tools, including Unify+, model/report building, and ideally Emiri.

• Background in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client configurations and ensure timely delivery and service levels.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).

• Strong communication skills.

• A tech-curious mindset, with a willingness to learn prompt engineering and system behavior.

• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking and documentation systems.

• Multilingual abilities, preferably in French, German, Spanish, and/or Italian.

• Working knowledge of JSON with a keen eye for structure and formatting (preferred).

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling (preferred).

• Background in collaborating with UX/UI teams or providing user-centered feedback on tools (preferred).
