Clinical Adoption Specialist III – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement S&P’s InTegrity framework

• Execute programs that promote the adoption of innovative technologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with desired business objectives

• Facilitate the adoption of new or modified EHR and related systems

• Identify organizational change management elements, ensuring the reduction of change impacts

• Utilize the stop-start-continue approach to improve the adoption of new roles and workflows resulting from the Oracle Health Millennium implementation

• Contribute support during program events and deliverables

• Apply solution expertise to engage and guide Oracle Health and our clients, ensuring a successful implementation

• Oversee and finalize the development of testing scenarios that align with client-approved workflows and designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) is essential – expertise in Women’s Health is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (or 12+ years of related experience can substitute for a degree) – a clinical degree or license (RN, PA, etc.) is advantageous

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the capacity to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust

• Ability to customize communication of complex technical topics for diverse proficiency levels, positively influence mutually beneficial decisions, and build and sustain successful working relationships

• A strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism, with the capability to swiftly adapt to changes in the work environment and modify approach or method to effectively manage change, while performing well under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while fulfilling customer service commitments and project deadlines

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
