This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard new advertisers within the German market.

• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with direct advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.

• Create customized advertising solutions that align with clients' business objectives and performance targets.

• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure effective onboarding, campaign launches, and sustainable account growth.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide dependable revenue forecasts, and consistently meet or surpass sales objectives.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

• Represent MGID at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to enhance market presence and cultivate new business.


⛳️ Requirements

• A solid understanding of the German digital advertising landscape.

• A proven history of acquiring and expanding performance marketing advertisers in the German market.

• Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing sales.

• Strong comprehension of the digital advertising ecosystem, including native advertising and performance marketing.

• Demonstrated capability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and closing high-value deals.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

• Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings and internationally for industry events and conferences, as necessary.

• Proficiency in German and professional-level English.
