This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Customer support via telephone: You will serve as the initial point of contact by phone, guiding our clients through the entire event process in a friendly and professional manner.
• Needs assessment and consulting: You will conduct structured calls to clarify requirements and assist clients in selecting event formats, venues, and services.
• Partner coordination: You will manage phone communications with venues, caterers, and vendors to obtain quotes and coordinate arrangements.
• Utilization of our AI platform: You will actively engage with our software to aid in event planning and provide constructive feedback to the product team.
• Documentation and follow-up: You will document conversations, maintain our systems (CRM/project management), and assist in crafting proposals and reports.
• Event support: You will be on-site at events to ensure successful execution.
• A degree or vocational training in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field (or relevant practical experience).
• Initial experience gained from internships, student roles, or part-time positions in the events sector.
• A passion for events, coupled with a strong affinity for technology and curiosity about AI-powered tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving processes.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• A hands-on approach, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
