This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support for the successful implementation of VALD systems.
• Establish robust relationships with clients through digital channels and occasional in-person meetings.
• Assess client support requirements and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Conduct online presentations for clients using Microsoft Teams.
• Regularly track and report activities utilizing SaaS applications such as HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Email.
• Handle multiple projects and support requests concurrently while working independently or collaboratively with team members.
• Extensive experience using VALD Technology in your current or prior position is required.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate the client's perspective and challenges effectively.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities are essential.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing positive relationships.
• Capacity to think creatively to develop suitable solutions.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
• Must become proficient in VALD systems.
• Willingness to travel for work commitments.
