This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee and expand a designated portfolio of law firm clients
β’ Establish and nurture robust relationships with attorneys, partners, legal administrators, and librarians
β’ Enhance client satisfaction and facilitate the renewal of print subscriptions and continuation services
β’ Recognize new business opportunities within current and potential accounts
β’ Advocate for and sell legal publications, such as codes, treatises, practice guides, and subscription updates
β’ Achieve or surpass territory sales targets and revenue objectives
β’ Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost account value
β’ Keep precise records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems
β’ Background in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role
β’ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
β’ Experience in selling subscription-based or professional services/products
β’ Knowledge of the legal, publishing, or information services sectors
β’ Proven experience managing a territory and working autonomously
β’ Strong relationship-building and consultative sales abilities
β’ Self-driven with a focus on results.
