Client Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver the highest caliber of accounting support to clients.

• Demonstrate a deep comprehension of accounting principles.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in accounting standards and financial technologies.

• Support clients from the onboarding stage through to ongoing engagement phases.

• Adhere to established protocols for each client interaction, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing journal entries, conducting monthly reconciliations, preparing monthly financial statements, and handling payroll and HR functions.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to exceed client expectations.

• Oversee client communications and identify opportunities to enhance the client's profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of comprehensive accounting experience.

• At least 1 year of hands-on transactional accounting experience using software like QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, or holding a QuickBooks Online Certification is highly advantageous.

• Strong process-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

• Enthusiastic about adhering to the established practices of SPRCHRGR and contributing to their improvement.

• Experience working in a remote setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A steadfast commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• A dedicated workspace is required.
