Client Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement strategies aimed at enhancing gross retention (minimizing churn) and net retention (driving expansion growth).

• Proactively recognize and address at-risk accounts to ensure sustained customer success.

• Track customer health metrics, product usage, and potential renewal challenges.

• Identify, qualify, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated book of business.

• Efficiently manage the upsell pipeline, adhering to a structured sales process.

• Develop and nurture high-level relationships with customer executives to align on strategic objectives.

• Maintain regular communication with customer executives to bolster long-term partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.

• Proven experience engaging with HR decision-makers and navigating intricate stakeholder environments.

• Required experience in selling SaaS or subscription-based services.

• Strong background in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer success data analysis.

• Outstanding executive communication abilities, with the capability to influence at all organizational levels.
