Client Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate dialogues with prospective clients and engage with incoming queries.

• Comprehend the distinct objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes of each client.

• Propose customized financial solutions based on client feedback and available information.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service deployment.

• Sustain regular communication with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Relay insights and client feedback to internal teams to facilitate improvements in offerings.

• High school diploma or college degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote setting.

• Proactive, self-driven, and adept at working independently.

• Experience in client service, account management, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
