This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Organize and allocate cleaning personnel to client appointments
• Schedule and confirm cleaning sessions with clients
• Follow up with clients to collect feedback
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns
• Make outbound calls to promote services
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new cleaners
• Manage email communications and enhance client engagement
• Maintain and update CRM workflows and documentation
• Develop and schedule light content for social media
• Proficient in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask effectively
• Friendly, solution-focused, and professional attitude
• Previous experience in sales or client acquisition is advantageous
• Skilled in using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Canva
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
