Class A CDL Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Instruct students on CDL knowledge through virtual classroom sessions aimed at permit preparation and driving theory.

• Offer step-by-step direction on CDL subjects, encompassing safety regulations and FMCSA-related requirements.

• Ensure students meet the standards for CDL permit testing.

• Monitor student attendance and engagement, providing assistance as necessary.

• Keep accurate documentation, including records of attendance and progress.

• Facilitate clear communication and support to enhance students' understanding of course material.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must either live in the state you are applying to or have a residence arranged for relocation.

• Possess a valid CDL Class A license with at least 24 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience.

• Maintain a safe driving record and be able to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, Canvas, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Capability to remain organized and manage multiple students in a digital environment.
