This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess damages and evaluate provider estimates and quotations
• Propose repair strategies that enhance interventions in accordance with the organization’s policies and quality standards
• Assist claims advisors and respond to inquiries regarding damages
• Provide recommendations for claims settlements
• Review claims and monitor corrections to evaluate the quality of work performed by providers
• Recommend potential courses of action
• Travel as needed within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions
• College diploma in a related discipline
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account
• Proficiency in French is mandatory
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions (south-central Quebec)
