Claims Team Lead – Workers Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of various teams of examiners and technical personnel handling workers' compensation for clients.

• Assess team members' workloads, deliver training, and supervise individual claim activities.

• Offer technical and jurisdictional guidance to examiners regarding claims adjudication.

• Keep a diary on claims within the teams, including regular updates on complex or high-exposure cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of six (6) years of claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, including two (2) years in a claims supervisory role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of claims management processes and procedures across various product lines.

• Proficient in PC use, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
