Claims Team Lead, Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee several teams of examiners and technical personnel handling liability claims

• Assess colleagues' workloads and facilitate training sessions

• Offer technical and jurisdictional guidance to examiners regarding claims adjudication

• Keep a diary of claims within the teams, including documentation on complex cases

• Conduct quality reviews of claims to ensure compliance with audit standards

• Implement company personnel policies and engage in performance discussions with colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university

• Six (6) years of claims experience or a comparable mix of education and experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a claims supervisory role

• Comprehensive understanding of claims management processes and procedures across various product lines

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite

• Strong leadership and management capabilities

• Analytical and interpretive skills
