Claims Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversees the daily operations of the Workers' Compensation claims team.

• Aids the Claims Manager in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new personnel.

• Ensures that the team adheres to Workers' Compensation laws and fulfills mandatory regulatory reporting obligations.

• Offers technical and jurisdictional support to claims personnel.

• Serves as a liaison by suggesting and implementing final solutions for clients and employees regarding claim-related matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in handling claims in Washington.

• A Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.

• Must maintain a current license or certification in Workers’ Compensation claims throughout employment with CorVel.
