This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee the complete management of cyber claims from Australian policyholders, starting from notification through to resolution.
• Serve as the primary claims contact for brokers and insured parties in the Australian market.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and distribution teams to:
• provide insights on claims
• enhance broker engagement
• position claims as a unique selling point
• Assist in developing claims data, identifying trends, and generating reports relevant to the Australian portfolio.
• Aid in the creation and presentation of claims training and materials for brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Work together with claims colleagues in the UK and US to ensure a uniform claims approach, guidance, and strategy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and best practices as the Australian operation expands.
• Manage claims payments, budgets, and oversee financial data.
• Produce reports using Tableau to extract general claims data.
• Experience in insurance claims, preferably in the field of cyber insurance.
• Previous experience with cyber, professional indemnity, or financial lines claims is highly desirable.
• Confidence in direct interactions with:
• brokers
• insured parties
• insurer partners
• external vendors
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly conveying claims concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
