Claims Manager, Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take the initiative to process claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and compute reimbursements utilizing our software.

• You will collaborate closely with seasoned colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support, and motivate you.

• You will aid in the optimization and automation of our claims management processes, while also contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

• You will assist our customer support team with claim-related inquiries, playing a direct role in boosting customer satisfaction.

• Besides processing claims, you will engage in cross-functional responsibilities, including managing customer phone calls.

• As a team, you will work together to meet daily and monthly targets, embodying focus, structure, and team spirit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in claims handling or billing — preferably within a dental or insurance-related setting.

• A confident and friendly demeanor, along with clear and empathetic communication skills.

• A structured and independent approach to work, coupled with strong time management abilities.

• Proficient in using digital tools — familiarity with MS Office and modern software solutions is essential.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level). English proficiency is not mandatory but beneficial in our international context.
