Claims Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of home insurance (MRH) claims

• Administer a portfolio of third-party property recovery claims

• Receive notifications of claims through email and phone, providing support to clients throughout the claim process until the file is closed

• Contribute to the development and sustained nurturing of our partnerships

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in law and/or insurance is required

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in claims handling

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for synthesizing information

• Customer satisfaction is your top priority; you are an attentive listener and show empathy

• You possess a rigorous and methodical approach

• You thrive when working independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
