This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Professionally manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and issues efficiently and comprehensively.

• Handle a significant volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.

• Investigate and document the reasons for calls and their resolutions, with a strong emphasis on privacy regulations.

• Address inquiries with the best interests of both the customer and the company in mind.

• Deliver exceptional service and support to Financial Advisors, Claimants, Exchange Companies, and Funeral Home Assignment Companies.

• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines when servicing F&G customers.

• Offer guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to colleagues as required.

• Carry out additional functions, duties, and projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a call center, ideally within the insurance sector.

• Basic understanding of F&G’s organizational structure and its product/service offerings.

• Capability to address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Strong self-organization skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage workload effectively.

• Basic knowledge of digital tools, techniques, and methods.

• Understanding of fundamental data concepts.

• Awareness of risk and comprehension of risk mitigation strategies.

• Consistent and punctual attendance.

• Ability to perform primarily sedentary tasks, involving extended periods of sitting and regular computer usage.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Capability to follow documented procedures and guidelines.

• Ability to provide status updates and contribute to team objectives.
