This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, evaluate, and document the business requirements for enhancements in healthcare claims processing.
• Collaborate closely with developers to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Assess the functionality of existing systems and determine the impact of requested modifications.
• Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications comprehensively.
• Lead discussions with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership.
• Foster strong relationships across various cross-functional teams.
• Clearly communicate the status of projects, along with associated risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Assist in planning activities for system enhancements and future modernization projects.
• Support testing efforts, including the validation of requirements and analysis of defects.
• Aid in the planning and execution of system integration activities.
• Ensure that delivered functionality aligns with documented business requirements.
• Engage in solution reviews and initiatives for continuous process improvement.
• Create and sustain business analysis documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure that documentation remains up-to-date and in line with changing business needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in supporting healthcare or insurance claims processing systems.
• Strong comprehension of claims processing and payment workflows.
• Proficient in gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions in a fully remote setting.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
