Senior Business Analyst – Finance, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of requirements for Finance and Procurement projects, spanning stakeholder discovery, process analysis, solution validation, and adoption.

• Conduct current and future state process analyses for P2P, O2C, Vendor Management, and Procurement-to-Contract, independently pinpointing root causes of inefficiencies and suggesting targeted enhancements.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings with Finance, Procurement, BPO, and IT leaders—questioning assumptions, resolving conflicting needs, and clarifying ambiguities.

• Create and manage high-quality Business Analyst artifacts—BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, user stories, and gap analyses—ensuring they are detailed enough for IT development and comprehensible for business team approvals.

• Lead comprehensive change initiatives, encompassing impact assessments, input on solution design, UAT planning and execution, and ensuring business readiness prior to go-live.

• Deliver process analysis, insights, and reporting to facilitate governance reviews, aid decision-making, and support ongoing improvement discussions.

• Develop and sustain SOPs, process maps, and RACIs while aiding ServiceNow workflow improvements and change requests by leveraging Finance and Procurement process expertise.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, BPO, and IT through workshops and governance forums, preparing materials and communication packages that ensure clarity in process changes across all groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field — required.

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Operations, Procurement, Shared Services, or BPO environments — required.

• Profound hands-on expertise in Procurement processes such as P2P, Vendor Onboarding, Purchase Order Management, and Procurement-to-Contract — required.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes including O2C, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting — required.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal — required.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/workflow platforms — highly advantageous.

• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications — highly advantageous.
