• Generate insights from both owned and syndicated data to inform strategies for the Global Eyewear and Software sectors.

• Spearhead the integration of customer insights, data analytics, and market trends.

• Collaborate across various functions to ensure customer experience initiatives align with business objectives.

• Build a comprehensive insights ecosystem by utilizing advanced analytics and market research.

• Create initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer journey within the eyewear and software sectors.

• Guarantee that business processes are in sync with customer expectations.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with GTS teams to deploy tools for real-time data analysis.

• Deliver findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in translating complex data science concepts into actionable business recommendations.

• Practical knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles.

• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data science principles, including machine learning and predictive modeling.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, such as natural language processing and computer vision.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience analyzing and utilizing a broad organizational perspective.
