Business Analyst – Electronic Payments, Cards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect functional requirements from clients

• Recognize business needs and convert them into functional specifications

• Conduct GAP analysis between existing processes and standard solutions

• Record functional requirements and business rules

• Collaborate with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Assist in defining system integrations

• Engage in meetings with international clients

• Ensure that deliveries comply with established requirements

• Create process documentation and functional flows

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in payment methods

• Strong understanding of card processing

• Familiarity with transactional payment systems

• Advanced knowledge of the ISO 8583 standard

• Awareness of payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, among others)

• Extensive experience in developing functional requirements

• Background in process documentation

• Data analysis competencies and the ability to derive insights

• Excellent client communication skills
