Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining and documenting the data integration requirements between Partex.AI and all internal and external data sources.

• Convert integration requirements into specifications that can be executed by the Data and Technology integration team.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and clinical operations stakeholders to translate workflow feasibility into platform requirements.

• Oversee integration health and ensure data quality in the outputs from Partex.AI.

• Keep the integration documentation as a living document, updating it in response to changes in source systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

• Practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.

• Background in working at a CRO (Contract Research Organization), pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences companies.

• Advanced fluency in both written and spoken English is essential (from B2 level to C1/C2).

• Candidates must reside in Central or South America, as this is a nearshore position.
