Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Organize stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions across various business sectors.

• Create Level 2 and Level 3 process maps that encompass comprehensive business operations.

• Perform swimlane mapping to identify: Activities, Decision points, Hand-offs, Roles and responsibilities, and systems utilized.

• Evaluate current-state processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Question existing assumptions and promote best-practice methodologies.

• Assist in broader digital transformation and systems implementation efforts.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Leverage AI and process modeling tools to enhance efficiency and quality of output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience within business transformation or change initiatives.

• Strong skills in end-to-end process mapping, including Level 2 and Level 3 process models and swimlane mapping.

• Experience in independently conducting process discovery activities.

• Confident in facilitating workshops, managing large groups of SMEs and stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and maintaining focus in discussions.

• Background in the Public Sector, preferably Local Government.

• Experience in one or more back-office functions, such as HR, Payroll, Finance, or Procurement.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels.

• Proficient in using Visio, Process Engage, or similar process modeling tools.

• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

• Day rate: £400-£475 per day (£53.33-£63.33 per hour)
