• Investigate, submit, and manage claims for products that are lost, damaged, defective, or otherwise eligible, adhering to SupplyHouse, carrier, and vendor policies.
• Monitor ongoing claims, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and submission of all necessary documentation within applicable deadlines.
• Update relevant claim documents and tracking tools to accurately reflect current status, actions taken, and next steps.
• Communicate with external partners and internal teams to gather required information, resolve claim issues, and facilitate timely processing.
• Follow up on reimbursements and recoveries to guarantee that funds are received, tracked, and allocated appropriately.
• Prepare and maintain reports regarding claim activity, outcomes, and trends to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Adapt to changing partner policies, procedures, and claim requirements while fostering continuous process improvement.
• Identify and execute opportunities for increased efficiency, improved workflows, and expedited claim recovery.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners, including Category Management, Fulfillment Centers, Customer Service, carriers, and vendors to facilitate effective claims resolution.
• Respond to inquiries from co-workers and external partners in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
